The challenges ahead
- For the purpose of replacing an outdated intranet that no longer corresponded to employees’ expectations and needs, and which they were consequently disengaging from, Sogetrel put out a call to 3 providers of responsive, easy-to-use DWP solutions
- To support them in their choice of solution, and in the definition of their KM strategy, the Sogetrel group called on us
Our approach
1. Diagnosis of existing situation and recommendations
- Individual interviews with Group support functions, sponsor, business BUs
- Analysis of existing documentation from various sources
- Summary of the main issues identified
- A comparative analysis of the 3 proposed application solutions
- Analysis of specifications for solution selection
- Recommendations in terms of Process, Content and Tool and Onboarding path
2. Support in 2 main phases:
- Organization: RACI, migration process, document creation and modification process, KPIs, editorial line, etc.
- Content: thematic mapping, document types and templates, etc.
