Deployment of use-cases in agile mode on the new IT system for the OUI.sncf website

The challenges ahead

  • Implementing changes to the OUI.sncf website in the context of regulatory changes and a change of payment partner.
  • Optimizing the sales dialogue between the “contacts” page and the purchase act, via the checkout page.
  • Developing 100% of the use-cases in the new IT system and set up AB tests

Main results

90% of use cases put into production in the new IS, less than 9% data entry errors

80 K€ in business volume within the first 7 days of the mobile app’s launch, and a decrease in solicitations at train stations
