The challenges ahead

  • Supporting the Communications and IT Departments in the migration from SharePoint “on Premise 2010” to SharePoint “Online” for 22,000 employees​
  • Building new intranets in a context of organizational merger​
  • Training businesses in new uses of SharePoint Online sites and new intranets

Our approach

1. Organization and management of 50 workshops to gather needs and co-construct with stakeholders​

Main results

Migration of 60 SharePoint “On Premise 2010” sites to SharePoint “Online”

Creation of 3 new intranets on SharePoint Online​

Creation of 18 new workspaces on SharePoint Online in co-construction with business units​

Creation of a technical knowledge base for administering the intranets created

Face-to-face and Team training for 4 administrators, 100 contributors and 3,000 end users
